Prior to raising a support ticket, take a look at the commonly reported LaDIS issues below, if you are still having issues please contact FFM Support.

When Raising a Support Ticket

You will have to create an account for Jira our ticketing system. Please follow the steps to create and account after following the link to raise a ticket.

Password Reset Email Not Working

If you are requesting a password reset email and not receiving one, it is possible you have an old email address attached to you account or the incorrect username.

To resolve this issue contact FFM Support

Issues Creating an Account

Password Invalid - If you receive an error message stating that your password is invalid, check that it meets the below requirements.

  • Password length must be between 8- 128 characters
  • Be a combination of Uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Contain at least one number (but not the same number duplicated i.e. 44 or 55)

An account already exists with this name and DOB

If you have previously held a Fireweb account it is possible that your account details were imported into LaDIS. Do try to create an account with slightly different details e.g. Dave instead of David

Raise a support ticket here and we will provide you your username and send through a password reset email

USI Will Not Verify

Log into your USI account here check that your First Name, Last Name and DOB are correct and that they match what you have entered on your LaDIS profile.

If you have made a spelling error or entered the wrong DOB in either LaDIS or on your USI profile update so that they are correct and match. Then attempt to verify your USI again.

Unable to Log in

Ensure you have cleared your cache before attempting to log in, if you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot your Password?" below the log in button.

If you cannot remember your username/password or have been locked out of your account raise a service support ticket here.

Assessment results have not saved in LaDIS

Ensure that you have followed the guide below when closing the browser to ensure results are saved. The below guide applies to all online courses.
