Accessing LaDIS

Internal User

You are an Internal User if you work for:
  • DEECA
  • Parks Victoria
  • Melbourne Water
What do I need?
  • A FireWeb account
Already have a FireWeb account?
  • Log in to LaDIS using your FireWeb credentials
Don't have a FireWeb account?
  • Register for a FireWeb account
  • Allow at least 24 hours for approval
  • Once approved, access LaDIS using your FireWeb account

External User

You are an External User if you are:
  • A contractor
  • A first aid provider
  • Other non-agency personnel
What do I need?
  • A LaDIS account
Already have a LaDIS account?
  • Log in using your registered username and password
Don't have a LaDIS account?
  • Complete the LaDIS registration process
  • Password Requirements 
    • Password length must be between 13 - 128 characters
    • Be a combination of Uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Contain at least one number (but not the same number duplicated i.e. 44 or 55)
